I believe that when you want to create a really powerful brand most all of the really important and authentic answers come from the heart. When I ask a group of people what they do as a company they can usually roll off lists of services like bullet points from a Powerpoint, the ‘juicy’ stuff is when you ask them questions like ‘How do you do what you do?’ and ‘Why is it important’. This is where I ask people to answer from the heart and this can allow them to look at why they get up in the morning to go to work and what inspires them, who they are as a person and this can help them to reconnect to their passion.
Oh and at the end of what I do, I create logos, they are in my mind purely reminders of all of the above, so look at your logo as an Aide Memoire of your brand and see how much it reveals.
